Reason:
1.Too much off-model agent used in .
2.Too high model temperature.
3.The property of the constituent A is too many .
4.The density is too low or the imbalance distribution that causes by the air in the model.
5.Primary flowing is not so good.
Countermeasure:
1.After spray the off-model agent in the model , pls clean the models by cloth or by the proper models.
2.Adjust the model temperature.
3.Adjust the property.
4.Increase the density or make exhausting holes in the models.
5.Adjust the balance of the primary flowing.
D、The cuticle has been rotted
Reason:
1.Over plus of the off-model .
2.The unsuitability of the off-model.
3.The model temperature is too low.
4.Constituent B is too many.
Countermeasure:
1.Clean the off-model agent.
2.Choose the proper off-model agent.
3.Improve the model temperature.
4.Adjust the prpperty.
E、The formed sole has some net concealed bladders
Reason:The model temperature is too low.
Countermeasure:Improve the model temperature.
F、The inner bladder holes are too large , filling the hereinafter of the oil lever
Reason:
1.Mix not well.
2.The whisk leaf is rusted.
3.The mix proportion is not property .
4.The density is too small .
5.The assorting proportion is abnormal .

2.Inspect the spray method is abnormal or not .
3.Keep the workshop airiness.
4.In order to avoid the sun shine , using the thick packing material .
H、There are too many bladders in the formed sole
Reason:
1.The strips of the models are too deep , graphs are complex.
2.Emulsification time is too short.
3.The model temperature is too high .
4.Exhaust of the models is not good.
5.The filling method is not proper .
6.The angels of the models are not proper.
Countermeasure:
1.Adjust the assembling location and mend the models'strips.
2.Reducing the amount of the constituent C,
3.Lower the models’ temperature.
4.Add exhaust holes in the models .
5.Concentrate in filling , as in the part with blowing .
6.Adjust the location of the models to meet the strips.
I、There are big bladders in the upside of the formed sole
Reason:
1.The distance between the filling head and the models is too long , when filling , it is impacted to become the bladders.
2.The whisk arrange and the whisk head airproof function is not so well that form the bladders , when filling , the bladders come out together .
3.With the undiluted liquid, dichloromethane come out together .
Countermeasure:
1.Reduce the distance between the filling head and the models .
2.Inspect if the whisk arrange and the whisk head is airproofed.
3.Inspect dichloromethane’ valve is leakage or not.
J、Constituent B haven’t been melted or have blennorrhea
Reason:
1. Do not heat enough .
2.Constituent B react with water .
3.Constituent B is heated for too long time , too high temperature.
4.Constituent B is gone bad.
Countermeasure:
1.Affirm the oven temperature and the constituent B’s heating time.
2.Change the constituent B.
K、Foaming speed is too slow
Reason:
1.The adding amount of the catalyzer is not enough.
2.The rosin temperature is too low.
Countermeasure:
1.Adding the off-model agent in right way.
2.Adjust the temperature.
L、It is difficult to be vulcanized
Reason:
1.The prescription proportion is improper .
