A、Uncontrollable of the sole intensity
Intensity is an important guide line of the sole , if the intensity has been changed abnormally
without the change of the raw material , we should find the reasons in the following aspects:
1. If the sole are aged .
2. If the density of the finished products is ok .
3. If the cubage of the models is the same .
4. If the filled number is wrong.
5. If the brim’s thickness is abnormity ,clamping speed is ok , model is locking .
6. If the density of the free foaming machine and the proportion of the constituent A and B is ok.
7. If the temperature of the rooms , materials , models is ok .
8. If the prescriptions and mixed materials are ok .
9. If the vomiting amount from the machine is stabilization .
10. If the material is ok , especially the long time storage and the deteroprated of the constituent B will affect the intensity .
B、The finished products have humatipore or bladders
1. The needle type valve of the frame head cleaning agent is leakage or unclosed in time.
2. In the course of adding the material , there is some air come in. ( adjust the distance of the models and the neckings ).
3. The pouring way is wrong .
4. The angle of the model is wrong.
5. The filter screen is too dirty .
6. Whisk head is dirty.
7. The temperature of the model is too high .
8. The foaming reaction speed is too fast .
9. The raw material in the bucket is too little , and is lower than the danger line.
C、The reason of causing the pinholes in the appearance of the finished products
1. Not whisk enough when adding constituent C and color paste into constituent A .
2. The temperature of the model is too high .
3. The speed of foaming is too fast .
4. The temperature of the raw material is too high.
5. The gesture of filling is wrong.
6. The model contains leftover materials.
7. The model stamping action is too heavy or too slow ( should be light , quick).
8. Whisk head is too dirty .
9. The models have strips,originally .
10. The models are not cleaned completely .
11. The off-model agent is not cleared completely .
D、The reason of shrinking (hollow) of the finished products
1. The filling quantity is not enough .
2. The off-model agent is not sprayed averagely , too greasiness .
3. The proportion for filling isn’t distributed averagely .
4. The filling quantity isn’t distributed averagely .
5. The pin have placed in the wrong position , the adding material for foaming is not enough ( should inspect if the raw material is kept in a too long time. )
E、The parting reason when the finished products are off- modeling
1. The proportion is maladjustment .
2. It is too early to off the model .
3. The reaction of foaming is too slow ( inspect if there is some problem in the quantity of the catalyzer).
4. Constituent B goes bad .
5. The blocked holes cause the too many differences between the cycle pressure and the vomiting pressure .
6. Be lake of some raw material .
7. The wind pressure in the material bucket is abnormal .
8. The way to take the sole is wrong or stick the model.
F、The reason of the finished products’ molting
1. The temperature of the model is too high .
2. The proportion is maladjustment ( generally the proportion of constituent B is too high.)
3. There is some quality problem with the constituent B.
4. The rough brim is too thick.( be changed with a new constituent B).
5. There is too much dirt in the models .
6. The off- molt agent is too greasiness .
7. The temperature of the material is too high.
G、The reason why the finished products stick the models
1. The prescription of the sticky agent is wrong .
2. The spray of the sticky agent is not be distributed averagely .
3. The processing of cleaning the models is not done well .
4. The lacquer of the models goes bad .
5. Taking the sole is not in proper way .
H、The reason of the chromatism and turning yellow of the finished products
1. The raw material isn’t good at avoiding turning yellow .
2. There is some problem with the colorant .
3. The deposit of the colorant.
4. Choosing the wrong colorant in the prescription .
5. Do not whisk averagely.
6. The filter is too dirty.
7. Because of the wrong filling method , there is some chromatism in the flow lines.
8. The models are not painted averagely.
9. Because of the too many processes , the finished products have been dirty , then turn yellow.
Because of the too long time storage , the finished products turn yellow.
I、The finished products are rotted
It is the most serious abnormal problems , mainly reasons could be divided into 3 types:
1. Machine
1).If the wind pressure of the constituent A and B is normal , for example one side is low , the other side is high , or one side has wind pressure , one side hasn’t any .Please be sure that we are not allowed to fill until the wind pressure is in normal .Otherwise , it will cause the maladjustment proportion of the constituent A and B.
2).The canal for the Constituent A and B couldn’t be curved or jammed , if there is some impurity that the volume bigger than the dimension of 2mm , it will be jammed , and the instable of the cycle pressure and the vomiting pressure .The differences between the amount of the cycle pressure and vomiting pressure should not over 0.3kgf/cm2 .
3)The pump of the constituent A and B should not be leakage , or it will cause the abnormal rotating speed and the instable vomiting amount , at last it will cause the maladjustment proportion .
4).The temperature of the constituent A and B should controlled in the normal range , it is not allowed to make one side low and the other high , or it will effect the raw material original viscosity , because the high or low viscosity will infect the amount of the vomiting , especially in the process of adding the material , we should pay more attention on the changing of the temperature .
5) The material in the bucket should not be too little , especially lower than the danger line , or it will cause the instability of the flowing amount and the maladjustment of the proportion.
6) The filter of the machine should be cleaned frequently , if blocked serious , the proportion will be maladjustment.
7) The inter-space between the whisk leaf and mixed room should be less than 0.5mm, next to the single side should not over 1mm, or it will cause the asymmetry whisk , just as the maladjustment proportion.
2. Raw material aspects
1) Constituent B , because of the easy becoming wet aspect , we should add the material in a short time , it is not allowed to be in air for a long time , or the raw material will go bad ,and cause blennorrhea , if use such material , it will cause the maladjustment seriously .
2) The storage time for the raw material should not be too long , or it will affect the material reaction , especially the PU soles’ rupture.
3) The raw material has been gone bad , over the Guarantee period , the material in the storage should be in the order “ First coming , first using .”
3. Anthropogenic factor
1) Too short time of off-model causes the blennorrhea of the PU.
2) The low temperature of the model will affect the foaming reaction and the physic property.
