Sole original liquid is made of a constituent of polyatomic alcohol ( general called constituent A), a constituent of isocyanate (general called constituent B ) and catalyzer (general called constituent C) . Before using it , first we should take some catalyzer into constituent A by ordered proportion , then mix them together , after the proceeding of mixing with constituent B in the head of the foaming machine , the soles have been formed in the models .
1.Heat up and melt out
Sole original liquid could be frozen in low temperature , so before using it , we should heat up the solid state . Because of the reactive constituent , it is not allowed to be heated above 70¡æ or for a long time .
The best temperature and heat up time for your reference:
Constituent A : 50¡æ~60¡æ, 10~14 hours .
Constituent B: 50¡æ~70¡æ, 16~24 hours .
But we should inform that the specific melt temperature will be changed by the environment .Pls following these items ,if heated in the condition that it could be melt out , the less time we heat the better . Constituent C should not be frozen and be heated up.
2.Add and mix catalyzer and assistant materials
Before using , we should add catalyzer (constituent C) into constituent A , when weighing , we should using the meter by the precision less than 1g , and should know the remains in the containers , counting the total amount by the ordered quantity and remains catalyzer . We should make a hole in the bucket of constituent A , put catalyzer into the bucket by the hole , then mix them sufficiently .If it needs hardener , color paste , we could add them in the same bucket . The whisk time should be changed by the viscosity and temperature .Generally speaking , it should be whisk in 3~5 minutes . Because the catalyzer and assistant materials float in the appearance of the sole original liquid , the whisk should be moved up and down , as the materials mix averagely , then we could put the constituent A into the bucket .
The sole original liquid have some reactive constituent , if we can¡¯t keep and use it in the proper way , it will be bad , then it couldn¡¯t be made good quality products . Therefore everyone should stand to the using conditions and molding conditions well.
